We ship Australia Wide! Orders are baked and shipped every Monday morning. They Usually take between 1-3 business days after it is sent to be delivered, sometimes longer. Orders placed after 7am on Monday will be shipped the following Monday.

Most of our deliveries arrive within 1-3 business days after it has left us/sent out. Depending what time you order and where in Australia you are based.

Not at all! The cookies are baked with a super smart oven that means they can never be undercooked, or overcooked. The soft gooey centre is perfectly safe to eat.

Our cookies stay fresh in the box for around 7 days. For the best tasting cookie, we recommend to eat as soon as possible (using our reheat instructions is optional). If not, you can throw them in the freezer and reheat whenever you like!

We recommend storing your cookies in the fridge or freezer, and reheating on demand. An airtight container is fine too for 7 days.

From fridge / container: Place in Pre-heated 180 degree oven, for 3-5 mins.

From Freezer: Place in Pre-heated 180 degree oven, for 8-10 minutes or until warmed through.

Yes, we recommend freezing on the day of purchase and when ready to eat, bake at 180C for 8-10 minutes or until warmed through.
